Hi! I’m Erica, a people-first product designer who wants to make a positive impact.

I have a graphic design background, working on projects ranging from environmental graphics to marketing collateral to digital. An added bonus is the few years I spent working as a flight attendant. It honed my people skills and taught me to keep others’ perspectives in the forefront when in a difficult confrontation. Design is largely a people business so the skills I learned through that job have helped me significantly as a product designer.

I have experience owning end-to-end design at a small agency, building design system at a global corporation, leading user research and helping product shape direction at mid-sized startups. I highly value kindness, humility, constructive honesty, and transparent communication and hope to partner with businesses and individuals who hold these same values.

In my free time, you can find me weight lifting, trying my hand at a new craft, and hanging with our two cats.
